The first two times I ordered from them, they delivered in under 45 minutes. I only had to go to their live chat for one of the order to ask for it to be delivered in game. The other one, they contacted me in-game shortly after I made my order.
I never doubted the security of their site. They proudly display their Paypal reputation right beneath the login. Their service representatives know what they're doing, too.
They're not always in stock for larger orders of mesos(anything 100 mil+), however. But if your account if verified and you have a decent reason, they will promptly refund your purchase, regardless of how much time has passed between the date of purchase and the date of your refund request.
